1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Internship Portal & Applications
Our recruitment portal allows candidates to apply for positions directly. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process. Information submitted via our Join MISS form is processed by third-party services (Formspree). By submitting, you acknowledge that MISS Electronics is not responsible for the data security practices of third-party processors, although we take reasonable steps to ensure confidentiality. Applying does not guarantee employment or an interview response.
3. Credential Verification Service
The Internship Verification system is provided for the sole purpose of verifying authentic internship certificates issued by MISS Electronics. Authorized users may enter a unique Internship ID to retrieve a digital copy of the certificate. You may not attempt to guess IDs, scrape data from the portal, or present fraudulent verification results as official documentation. MISS Electronics reserves the right to revoke or invalidate any ID if fraudulent activity or inaccuracy is detected.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MISS Electronics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. This includes our smart hardware designs, COZMIC and WITNOT interfaces, and the MISS logomark. Commercial use of our digital assets without express permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Information Disclaimer
This site and its components are offered for informational purposes; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
6. Limitation of Liability
MISS Electronics and its components shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if MISS Electronics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Institutional Integrity (COZMIC & WITNOT)
Users of COZMIC and WITNOT must adhere to institutional standards of integrity. Manipulation of attendance telemetry in COZMIC or academic dishonesty within the WITNOT examination environment is strictly prohibited and may result in institutional penalties and termination of service access.
